The goal of this study is to track, benchmark, and report AI trust and related metrics over time to examine impact of research/design on this AI-related feature and functionality.

A usability study was performed on the Cashflow Forecast preview in Dynamics 365 Finance in July 2020. 6 Finance professionals who work in cash management completed a series of tasks and scored their overall experience.
